ENTRY FORMATS
Entries can be submitted on Withoutabox’s Secure Online Screener (preferred method), DVD, Blu-Ray, or digital file. Foreign language work must be dubbed or subtitled in English. Save the environment and save money via Withoutabox’s Secure Online Screeners.
SHIPPING
If you prefer to mail a copy, ost of shipping exhibition prints to the festival is the responsibility of the entrant. Exhibition copies must be sent to the festival prepaid. The festival can not accept responsibility for damage or loss of materials while in transit. Please use as little packaging material as possible to cut down on trash.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Entry fees can be securely paid online via PayPal (see below). Be sure to mention you paid via PayPal on entry form. A completed entry form and an entry fee must accompany each film or video.
ENTRY FEES
Entry fees must be in US funds. Money Orders and checks should be made out to DocuFest Atlanta.

CONFIRMATION
Please do not ask for a signature confirmation, although you may ask for a delivery confirmation. Feel free to email us if you would like confirmation of delivery, or enclose a stamped, self-addressed postcard if you wish to receive confirmation that your entry has been received.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Programming decisions are made by the festival directors and our selection committee. If accepted, we will notify filmmakers by email. After acceptance, the presentational format will need to be in our office two weeks before the festival. Be sure to indicate aspect ratio of your film/video as well as any other special screening/presentation information we might need to know. We do not pay rental fees for submitted work that is programmed.
AWARDS
Although the art of filmmaking is not competitive, DocuFest Atlanta does give awards to films selected as best in these categories: Best Documentary Feature and Short, Best Director, Best International Doc, etc. View the awards page.

Due to the large number of entries received submission materials and videos will not be returned. For specific requests, please contact us.
